Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Visual Designer to craft smart, accessible visuals across print and digital projects for federal partners. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and market secure, user-centered experiences that align with brand language.

The role requires 2–3 years creating compelling visuals, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and experience delivering across print, web, UI/UX, and video formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience visually communicating complex ideas and amplifying brand.
• 2–3 years using design software including Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Experience with channel outputs across print, web/digital, UI/UX, video, promotional materials.
• Brand awareness and sensitivity to maintain evolving brand ecosystems.
• Ability to utilize AI-driven methodologies to shape findings and deliverables.
• Ability to organize content, imagery, and strategy into cohesive designs for marketing.
• Strong ability to translate data into targeted marketing communications.
• Effective consultation with clients and collaborators to understand needs.

Responsibilities

• Create original design work for print and digital projects (social, newsletters, web, ads).
• Translate complex ideas into polished visual storytelling for communication.
• Advise stakeholders on goals and recommended solutions.
• Implement accessibility and visual language standards across deliverables.
• Ensure consistent application of the client’s visual language across channels.
