The Marketing/Proposal Coordinator role supports pursuit teams across service lines, shaping proposals and presentations to win projects. Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, and have experience with RFQ/P processes, CRM systems, and Adobe InDesign.

Qualifications

• Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and identify client requirements.
• Experience with CRM databases (Dynamics, Unanet, or Deltek Vision) is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign; Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.
• Familiarity with SF 330 / Architect-Engineer Qualifications process.
• Ability to lead pursuit teams, set deadlines, and present to clients.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or environmental industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists.
• Demonstrate experience with a CRM database and update records.
• Develop and refine proposals and presentations to win projects.
• Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external requests for information.
• Print, assemble, and ship proposals as needed.
