Position Description: The Proposal Manager/Analyst/Writer crafts, edits, and finalizes content for proposals in response to federal government solicitations.
Minimum/General Experience: 5 years of federal contractor proposal development and writing experience.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline; Shipley or Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certification preferred.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
General Physical Requirements: Assignment Location - Remote. Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Typing, communicating, repetitive motions. Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors and read. May need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a virtual setting.
Security: Ability to handle personal identifiable information (PII) and controlled unclassified information (CUI) and maintain clearance at current level of: Federal Civilian Public Trust and/or Department of Defense Secret. Must be able to obtain and maintain a higher level to satisfy contract requirements if needed.
Tasks/activities include, but are not limited to:
Compensation & Benefits: The annual projected pay range for this position is $61,200 - $103,819 with consideration given to various factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, and geographic location.
