Job summary

EnSafe in Jacksonville, FL invites a seasoned Proposal Manager to drive the development of complex federal and commercial proposals. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, schedule milestones, lead meetings, and ensure proposals meet client requirements and EnSafe brand standards.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency in InDesign.
• Experience writing proposals using AI/ChatGPT.
• Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe’s Creative Suite.
• Creative writing skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize requests, and set expectations.
• Familiarity with the Shipley Review process.
• Graphics experience is a plus.

Duties/Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Minimum Skills and Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
