Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1–2 years of experience preferred (internships count)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong time management across multiple overlapping tasks
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to resolve production issues under deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create specialized graphics for proposals, presentations and project-specific efforts
• Design/format/layout of proposals and presentations
• Produce proposal materials (tabs, covers, graphics)
• Research and understand client graphic standards
• Coordinate with teams on jobsite signage and logo usage
• Review layouts and improve image integrity and copyrights
• Assist with ads for trade publications and event collateral
• Provide graphic support to Proposal Managers and Communications
• Assist with jobsite graphics (stickers, posters, promotional items)
• Arrange and participate in photo-shoots
• Coordinate with printing vendors for quality and delivery
