Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and one year of experience in boilers/heat recovery or large-scale industrial equipment.
• Experience designing boilers or heat recovery systems and supporting capital projects logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical proposals and coordinate with subvendors and internal teams.
• Lead technical negotiations with customers to achieve a signed-off specification.
• Review customer specs and ensure understanding of requirements through direct communication.
• Prepare technical strategies, general arrangement drawings, P&IDs, and coordinate with engineering departments.
• Perform emissions calculations, establish emissions guarantees, and validate technical guarantees.
• Prepare inquiries and evaluate bids for bought-out components with cost estimates.
• Attend proposal reviews and present technical aspects to customers; negotiate contract terms.
• Coordinate transfer of design and specifications to executing departments after award.
• Foster profitable customer relationships through timely support and follow-up.
