We are seeking a Proposal Engineer – Aftermarket Equipment to join our Rotoflow business, based in either Houston, TX or Bethlehem, PA, supporting global turbomachinery aftermarket opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing timely, accurate, and competitive proposals that support sales growth and customer satisfaction across a diverse global customer base. Travel for this position is expected to be up to 5% (domestic).
Rotoflow®, an Air Products Business, is a global turbomachinery OEM delivering high‑performance equipment and aftermarket services to customers in industrial gases, petrochemicals, and hydrocarbon markets. Our aftermarket capabilities include repairs, upgrades, reliability assessments, troubleshooting, and field services for both OEM and non‑OEM equipment. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution, working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop winning solutions for customers.
