Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

About the Opportunity

We are experiencing dynamic growth and looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team, helping us maintain momentum by ensuring our marketing materials reflect our innovative brand. The ideal candidate will be equally adept at InDesign and CRM tools to proactively respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs).

As the Proposal Coordinator, you will:

1. Ensure that all CRM and marketing information systems are current by providing regular entry and update of our client, contact and opportunity information.
2. Coordinate tasks and streamline communication with senior management.
3. Create and update marketing collateral and understand RFPs/RFQs requirements.
4. Help with the organization, update, and maintenance of all marketing system materials including proposal master files, SF330 and other government forms, project sheets, resumes, reference lists, photo library, and additional materials such as cover letter and technical scope templates.
5. Support the marketing team on all brand and marketing initiatives.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:

1. Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite/ InDesign.
2. Possess strong prioritization and time management skills.
3. Are able to understand data and leverage insights for business development.
4. Have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Are experienced with Deltek Vision (preferred).

Experience:

1. Proven success in marketing, new business development or communications in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Real Estate industries. Please submit your portfolio along with your resume.
