CORE Construction seeks a Marketing professional in the Sacramento/Roseville area to support leadership and business development by promoting our brand, capabilities and mission. The role centers on creating editorial-quality proposals, compelling presentations, and top-tier events, requiring strong leadership, organization and graphical skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role supports both leadership and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3+ years marketing experience required
• Experience in A/E/C proposals highly preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Self-starter and team player
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals in Adobe InDesign and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Collaborate and lead internal teams to gather content and align with client and brand standards
• Assist with event/conference logistics and development of promotional materials
• Draft and edit written content for collateral
• Maintain organized project files and track deadlines for multiple assignments
• Participate in team meetings, offering creative input for marketing initiatives
