Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring a Proposal Analyst to support the Growth organization. You will develop compelling, compliant RFP responses, coordinate inputs from multiple departments, and assemble high‑quality proposal packages that reflect CLEAResult’s capabilities and drive growth.

You will work with business development, program leaders, external partners, and SMEs to deliver strong proposals, manage timelines, ensure submission readiness, and continually improve proposal processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, proposal support, program operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Team as a Proposal Analyst, supporting the Growth organization!

This role supports the development of compelling, compliant RFP responses by analyzing requirements, coordinating inputs, and assembling complete, high-quality proposal packages. This position focuses on analyzing requirements, organizing large volumes of information, and building winning solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. You’ll work closely with business development, program leaders, external partners, internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver proposals that reflect CLEAResult’s capabilities and support company growth.

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, proposal support, program operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently, stay accountable, and drive work forward in ambiguous situations.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfort using technology and new AI tools and processes quickly.
• Interest in innovation, program development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Experience...

• Experience participating in the proposal/RFP process
• Energy efficiency, utility, or regulated program experience
• Experience with Claude, the AI platform

Target Compensation

$70,000-80,000

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$65,800.00 - $98,700.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
