Job summary

Empire Property Management seeks a Property Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of repair tasks across rental properties in Easton, PA. You will manage general maintenance, respond to work orders via a smartphone app, and ensure tenant satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, own tools, and strong English communication. Prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Must have own tools for the job.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools as well as power tools.
• Must communicate effectively in English for business purposes.
• Two years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, doors, lights, locks, windows, and gutters.
• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Drive a company vehicle to various rental properties daily.
• Complete work orders via smartphone and document inventory usage.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and coworkers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and report issues to the Property Management Office.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
