Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist underwriters with reviewing risks and problem resolution.
Determine risk acceptability within assigned authority and guidelines.
Review, rate, and enter new policy applications, renewals, changes, and cancellations.
Communicate with agents regarding processing procedures, quotations and risk acceptance.
Provide quoting of new or existing business as requested.
Prepare renewals for processing.
Communicate with agents, staff, and policyholders regarding rating information or customer service matters.
Order MVRs, CLUE, and credit reports.
Send loss payee, mortgagee, and other policyholder letters and documents.
Participate in user testing/quality assurance functions as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
