Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property & Casualty underwriting experience required.
• Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license preferred.
• Strong reading and interpretation skills for policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound decision-making and judgment skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and process quotes, applications, reports, inspections, and policy documents
• Assist agents, policyholders, vendors, and internal teams with questions and requests
• Perform administrative tasks and support special projects as needed
• Respond to emails, calls, and chats in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience
• Order reports and re-evaluate risks to ensure ongoing eligibility
