Responsabilidades

• Title Researchers determine ownership and lien status for real property to assist in collecting delinquent property taxes.
• The position reviews documents recorded at the County Clerk to determine if they affect the subject property.
• Search, analyze, and evaluate records on titles by reviewing private and public records; verify ownership of properties; verify legal descriptions and liens.
