Job summary

Vantage seeks a strategic Director of Property Tax – North America to lead the company’s NA property tax lifecycle, ensuring compliance, minimizing liabilities, and supporting business initiatives through proactive planning.

You will oversee valuations, audits, accruals, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive accurate reporting and cost savings across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA, MST or CMI preferred.
• 7+ years of property tax experience; 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian property tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end North America property tax function for real and personal property across owned and leased assets.
• Oversee filings of property tax returns and payments in multiple states/provinces.
• Manage valuations, appeals, and audits; coordinate with third-party providers.
• Forecast accruals and reporting; partner with FP&A for tax planning.
