The incumbent will also prepare property liens, review delinquent accounts, and provide analytical support for PTP policy development. Hybrid telework is offered, with a standard 8:00am–4:30pm shift and Monday–Friday workweek.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform research, review applications, and determine claimant eligibility for the PTP program.
• Review complex eligibility documentation and prepare requests for legal opinion for complicated ownership issues.
• Prepare property liens to secure state interest in properties approved for postponement.
• Independently conduct research and analysis on accounts that are due and payable, including more complex accounts with no lien security.
• Consult and communicate with debtors and/or representatives to facilitate resolution on long-standing payment delinquency issues.
• Provide analytical services for writing PTP policies, desk procedures, legislative bill analysis, or other projects as necessary.
