Qualifications

• 10–12 years of direct property tax experience managing large multi-state portfolios.
• In-depth knowledge of state and local tax statutes across multi-jurisdictional landscapes.
• Strong background in valuation methodologies for complex industrial assets.
• Superior negotiation skills with a track record before assessment boards and authorities.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to optimize tax analytics and processes.
• Advanced data handling and analytics using ERP data structures.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end multi-jurisdictional property tax compliance.
• Lead property tax audits and defend assessments with authorities.
• Mentor and manage property tax staff and offshore teams.
• Oversee tax accruals, reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive process improvements and utilize AI tools to modernize workflows.
• Build relationships with state/local officials and third-party consultants.
• Value complex industrial assets and maintain high data integrity.
