Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of tax management experience, including direct reports or team members.
• 10+ years of direct property tax experience managing large multi-state portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of state/local tax statutes across multi-jurisdictional landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end multi-jurisdictional property tax compliance for real and personal assets.
• Lead property tax audits and negotiate with taxing authorities.
• Oversee tax accruals, reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting.
• Mentor property tax staff and offshore Shared Services partners.
• Drive tax transformation and digitalization initiatives within Finance.
