Qualifications

• 2-4 years real estate experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Office setting with ability to perform site visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform Land Use and real property tax assessments.
• Calculate roll back tax liabilities and abatements.
• Review monthly Real Estate transfers and renewals.
• Assigning value to the property using GIS mapping.
• Assist in Transient Occupancy Tax filings and payments.
• Answer inquiries in the Real Estate Assessment office.
