Waukesha County is seeking a knowledgeable leader to manage countywide real property listing and tax billing operations. You will oversee tax system processes, supervise staff, and coordinate services with municipalities and state agencies to ensure accurate, timely property tax records.

The ideal candidate has experience in property tax administration, supervision of staff, and knowledge of real estate practices, automated systems, and customer service.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED; 4 years in data/information processing or tax billing administration; college degree may substitute for 2 years of experience

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate annual tax billing and related processing.
• Oversee tax system administration and security access.
• Supervise preparation and maintenance of assessment rolls and legal property descriptions.
• Support reporting and compliance activities and train users.
