CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Property Tax Director to lead the tax services for clients at the office level. You will supervise a small team, prosecute appeals, and ensure compliance with state laws while aligning with client objectives.

You will drive budgeting, policy development, and operational efficiency, shaping how the office delivers value to clients and upholds CBRE’s standards and client service approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 8–10 years of property tax advocacy experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills; strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to forecast and prepare budgets; financial analysis experience.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Prosecute property tax appeals timely and accurately under state law.
• Implement initiatives to meet office objectives.
• Manage profit, loss and budgeting for the office.
• Develop and implement policies to increase operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate and lead a local office/specialty; supervise 2–10 people.
• Provide formal supervision to employees within the area.
• Identify training needs and mentor team members.
• Model company values in daily work.
