Ryan is seeking a Property Tax Consultant to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. You will identify tax savings opportunities for clients and understand how client components of property tax are computed, researching issues and reconciling databases.

You will create accurate calculations, assist the team with this process, and deliver exceptional client service. You will work with clients and taxing authorities on a national basis, preparing reports and renditions as needed.

• Identify tax savings opportunities for clients and understand how client components of property tax are computed.
• Research issues, reconcile databases, and complete detailed calculations.
• Create positive team member experiences to drive client service and firm revenue.
• Assist with client meetings and property inspections.
• Review client property tax records and applies software knowledge to client data.
• Research tax issues and prepare/review property reports and renditions.
• Interact with clients and taxing authorities on a national basis.
