Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Property Tax Consultant to join a team that identifies tax savings opportunities for clients nationwide. You will research issues, reconcile databases, and perform detailed calculations under the guidance of senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field is required or advanced.
• GPA 3.0+ with related coursework preferred.
• Relevant work experience in tax/audit in a professional setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team member experience.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities.
• Review client property tax records.
• Apply software knowledge to work with client data.
• Research tax issues and prepare property reports and renditions.
• Analyze assessment notices and identify potential reductions.
• File appeals and assist with development-project liability decisions.
• Interact with team members and clients professionally.
