Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex litigation and large caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel for Harris County.
• Draft, review, and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Lead and train support staff.
• Manage cases through trial in tax court and district courts.
• Develop division processes and procedures.
