Qualifications

• 3+ years' residential property management experience.
• General knowledge of maintenance and residential home repairs.
• Confident communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
• Experience with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Handle all move-in, move-out, and renewal inspections.
• Manage all property renovations and projects.
• Onboard occupied and vacant properties.
• Create a recommended repairs list for new properties.
• Assist Maintenance Coordinator with tenant repair requests.
• Screen, hire, fire, and manage vendors.
• Communicate with landlords on major renovations.
• Negotiate vendor quotes to achieve competitive pricing.
