Job summary

The Quality Assurance Technician at Crawford Hoying performs daily property checks to ensure quality standards are met in common areas, parking, and amenities. The role requires hands-on maintenance, cleaning oversight, and timely communication with the Facilities Manager to resolve issues and uphold customer service excellence.

You will patrol, document damages, assist with minor repairs, monitor cleanliness, operate hand tools, and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

1-3 years of maintenance or janitorial experience.
High school diploma or equivalent, plus courses in HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry and ability to operate hand tools.
Familiar with first aid and safety procedures.
Flexible schedule including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

Patrol the property daily to identify quality issues.
Document damages and notify Facilities Manager of urgent issues.
Inspect cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and common areas; notify the cleaning service when needed.
Perform minor maintenance tasks and touch up indoor painting as required.
Monitor restrooms and ensure supplies are stocked for tenants and visitors.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
