Job summary

Newrez LLC seeks a Property Preservation Specialist I to review inspection reports, assess property conditions, and coordinate bids for repairs. You will work with multiple vendors to monitor progress and ensure timely completion, while aligning with company policies and expense controls.

The role requires on-site presence and familiarity with real estate servicing. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years Single‑Family Default Real Estate Servicing experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing inspection reports and property condition.

Responsibilities

• Review and react to inspection reports.
• Update files to reflect collateral condition for Shellpoint/investor clarity.
• Assist in managing vendors and contractual services for inspections.
• Monitor vendor performance and repairs to completion.
• Assist in controlling expenses related to property preservation.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
