Qualificações

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or porter experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work weekends and respond to on-call needs.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and common areas.
• Collect litter, keep trash areas neat, and assist with bulk-item removal.
• Perform routine property walks to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of shared amenities like clubhouse and fitness center.
• Support seasonal property tasks such as snow removal and leaf cleanup.
• Report pests, spills, leaks, and safety concerns promptly.
• Assist maintenance team with light tasks and project work as directed.
