Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the property to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Clean leasing office and restrooms daily.
• Maintain model apartments and clean vacant units as assigned by supervision.
• Keep laundry facilities clean and report supply needs bi-monthly.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks across common areas, offices, and community spaces.
• Notify management of supplies and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Property Porter - Responsibilities

The Property Porter is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the property to ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

• Clean the leasing office and restrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain model apartments on a daily basis.
• Clean vacant apartments as assigned by the Superintendent.
• Ensure all vacant units remain fresh, clean, and free of odors.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of laundry facilities each day.
• Notify management of supply needs on a bi-monthly basis.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including carpets, windows, community rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.

Property Porter - Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to perform assigned duties and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
• Effective communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work well with residents, visitors, vendors, and team members from diverse backgrounds.
