Responsibilities

• The Property Porter is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the property to ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Clean the leasing office and restrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain model apartments on a daily basis.
• Clean vacant apartments as assigned by the Superintendent.
• Ensure all vacant units remain fresh, clean, and free of odors.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of laundry facilities each day.
• Notify management of supply needs on a bi-monthly basis.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including carpets, windows, community rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.
