Job summary

CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Porter for our Mariner Tower Apartments in Buffalo, NY. You will clean the leasing office, model and vacant apartments, and keep common areas fresh and odor-free while coordinating with the Superintendent and team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and a strong desire to learn, with a focus on safety and positive communication with residents and colleagues.

• Ability to interact respectfully with residents, visitors, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office and restrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain model apartments daily.
• Clean vacant apartments as assigned by the Superintendent.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of laundry facilities daily.
• Notify management of supply needs bi-monthly.
• Perform daily cleaning duties across carpets, windows, community rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Superintendent.

Property Porter - Responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office and restrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain model apartments on a daily basis.
• Clean vacant apartments as assigned by the Superintendent.
• Ensure all vacant units remain fresh, clean, and free of odors.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of laundry facilities each day.
• Notify management of supply needs on a bi-monthly basis.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including carpets, windows, community rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.

Property Porter - Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to perform assigned duties and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
• Effective communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work well with residents, visitors, vendors, and team members from diverse backgrounds.
