Jobot is seeking a Property Paralegal to support our active landlord-tenant and litigation practice in Bethesda, MD. You will prepare pleadings, manage deadlines, coordinate with courts and clients, and assist attorneys with discovery and hearings.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of paralegal, legal assistant, or similar experience.
• Familiarity with Maryland civil litigation and court procedures.
• Experience with landlord‑tenant, eviction or high‑volume litigation is a plus.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Maryland landlord‑tenant complaints and related pleadings.
• Coordinate notices, warrants, and eviction‑related matters.
• Maintain case tracking and monitor deadlines.
• Draft routine correspondence and assist attorneys.
