Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or hospitality, or 4 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in the private service industry including 5 years in a management role.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building and property projects for multiple properties.
• Perform maintenance checks as set forth by task lists.
• Communicate property conditions and maintenance needs.
• Respond to owner requests, including housekeeping duties.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
