Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Minimum of five years of property management or related operations experience.
• Experience with property management platforms (Yardi Voyager strongly preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned properties and tenant relationships.
• Oversee leasing activities including inquiries, tours, renewals, move‑ins/outs, and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor services to keep properties safe and well‑maintained.
• Review performance metrics (occupancy, expenses, recoveries) and implement corrective actions.
• Administer delinquency management, lease defaults, and related tenant communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support budgeting, reporting, and onboarding.
• Contribute to maintaining attractive, well‑operated properties and long‑term asset value.
