Job summary

Amurcon Realty Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in all phases of property operations, including administration, maintenance coordination, and occupancy planning.

Responsibilities include showing units, coordinating rents and move-ins/outs, maintaining files, and assisting with leasing and vendor management. Some weekends and holidays may be required to ensure smooth property operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in showing units and screening applicants, and scheduling vacant units for refurbishing and occupancy.
• Assist in maintenance of work order system and in following purchase order procedures.
• Assist in collection of rents and preparation of receipts.
• Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs, giving special attention to apartment inspection check-ins and check-outs.
• Work with residents and resident organizations. Some weekend and holiday work required.
• Respond to emergency situations on the property (daily, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Perform routine inspections of the property.
• Assist in training of employees.
