Overview

Property Operations Associate (Hospitality) at Kasa Little Italy supports efficient and successful operations for the San Diego market. You will be the face of Kasa during the guest’s stay, interacting with guests, providing assistance and recommendations, and addressing concerns. You are an on-site facilitator of the guest experience, responsible for maintaining property standards through regular inspections of public spaces and units to meet Kasa brand standards and ensure readiness for check-in.

Time Commitment: approximately 32-40 hours per week. Anticipated Schedule: Flexible Monday to Sunday. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Emergencies may require on-call response; if available, overtime compensation applies above state requirements.

You will collaborate daily with Kasa teams and partners to drive results, identify and execute cost-effective property improvements aligned with brand standards, and deliver an enhanced guest experience. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, facilitating relocations, planning for next-day operations, enhancing VIP experiences, hosting guest engagement events, and providing guests with local area recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits

The Pay: Starting base pay range for this role is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on business needs, market demands, experience, and attributes. This role may be eligible for equity, bonus, perks, benefits, and Kasa Travel Credits.
