Flock Homes is seeking a Property Operations Associate in Denver, Colorado, to manage the performance of their single-family rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining resident relationships from move-in to move-out, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate or property management, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient with tools like Appfolio, Google Workspace, and Salesforce. A competitive salary of $70–85k, along with equity and benefits, will be offered.

This position spans the entire property and tenant lifecycle—from move-in to move-out—ensuring efficient operations and consistent execution of Flock's standards. You'll be the point of contact residents trust and the system that keeps our portfolio running smoothly.
