Job summary

CAHEC Management, Inc. seeks a Property Onboarding Specialist to drive lease-up efforts for new and existing communities in Georgia and South Carolina.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager and property staff to ensure compliance with USDA RD, HUD, and LIHTC programs while maintaining all agency requirements. This role requires extensive travel and handling multiple priorities with precision.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal program requirements including USDA RD, HUD and LIHTC.
• Ability to document and implement formal policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience coaching and supervising multiple Direct Reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Community Staff to promote and meet lease-up goals for owned and third-party communities.
• Guide properties to maintain agency program compliance and meet all requirements under applicable agencies.
• Manage multiple responsibilities with evolving deadlines in a travel-heavy role (Georgia/South Carolina).
• Support lease-up activities and ensure timely reporting and documentation across sites.

# Property Onboarding Specialist## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## Description**Georgia/South Carolina areas | 95% Travel**The Property Onboarding Specialist is responsible for working directly with the Regional Manager and the Community Staff to promote and meet the overall goals of owned and third-party communities during a lease-up for new and existing developments. This position is knowledgeable on various government programs and guides each property to maintain all requirements under their allotted agencies.## Qualifications* Knowledge of local, state, and federal program requirements and procedures to include, but not limited to, USDA RD, HUD and LIHTC Program compliance.* Proven ability to formulate, document, and implement formal policies and procedures.* Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent responsibilities and adapt to constantly changing priorities to meet established timelines.* Proven ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)* Proven ability to demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.* Proven ability to coach, lead, and supervise multiple Direct Reports.* Comprehensive knowledge of the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1974, and Landlord/Tenant Laws.
