Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8-10 years of experience. As a CBRE Property Management Consultant, you will identify, present, and implement basic strategic plans to achieve client goals.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Mgmt Consultant position is $92,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Property Mgmt Consultant position is $130,000.00 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
