Woodford Bros., Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support brand initiatives and bring our stories to life.

You will partner with the Marketing Manager to keep social channels active, refresh the website with engaging stories and visuals, and document site activity through photos and videos. You’ll also manage events, home shows, and community activities, while producing recruiting content and assisting other departments with signage, apparel, and print materials.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media, event coordination, content creation, or graphic design.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with social media platforms, website content tools, and design programs such as Canva or Photoshop.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and time-sensitive projects.
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• A sense of urgency, flexibility, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand/walk during event setup.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Keep our social media active and engaging.
• Update our website with job stories and before-and-after photos.
• Capture photos, video, and stories from job sites and employees.
• Coordinate home shows, trade shows, community events, and Brand Ambassador program.
• Support other departments with signage, apparel, print materials, and recruiting content.
