PROPERTY MANAGER - SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN AND NORTHWEST ILLINOIS

Join us at Wisconsin Management Company as a Property Manager overseeing five properties between Cuba City, WI, and Thompson, IL. We manage affordable and market-rate housing, providing compliance services for HUD, RD, and Section 42 programs, with a focus on prompt and courteous service to our residents.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring all residents are provided with safe, clean, and well-maintained communities.
  2. Overseeing on-site staff.
  3. Leading marketing and leasing efforts to attract new tenants.
  4. Managing move-in, move-out processes, community events, and tenant issues.
  5. Handling rent checks and maintaining financial records.
  6. Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations related to affordable housing.
  7. Reporting and site administration.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of three years of Property Management experience.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and familiarity with multi-family housing operations.
  4. Knowledge of HUD and LITCH programs.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  7. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  8. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
