Job summary

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at a senior affordable housing community in downtown Jacksonville. This full-time salaried role includes benefits such as PTO, health plans with low premiums, disability coverage and a 401K match.

Responsibilities include resident relations, operations, compliance with tax credit standards, leadership of on-site staff, and administrative duties using RealPage OneSite.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management is required.
• Experience with seniors housing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and RealPage OneSite.
• Analytical mind to evaluate challenges and recommend action.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations: Maintain a positive, customer service-oriented approach to management with a goal of meeting resident and community needs.
• Operations: Oversight of community, including marketing & leasing, supervision of maintenance, purchasing and working within budget, handling resident concerns or issues, interaction with vendors.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Low Income Housing Tax Credit program standards.
• Leadership & Supervision: Hire, train and motivate on-site team; evaluate on-site employees; direct activities to maximize productivity.
• Administrative: Maximize usage of RealPage OneSite for operating efficiency; manage reporting to RPM and corporate team, biweekly payroll and weekly AP packages.
