Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential property management experience.
• Must be local to Santa Barbara or the surrounding area.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple operational priorities in a residential property management environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with residents, property owners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential and multifamily properties, ensuring maintenance, service, and overall property performance.
• Serve as a key point of contact for residents, property owners, onsite personnel, and vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, property repairs, vendor services, and improvement projects.

KeyResponsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential and multifamily properties, ensuring a high standard of maintenance, service, and overall property performance.

Qualifications&Experience

Required:

• Minimum3yearsofresidentialpropertymanagementexperience,withdirectexposuretomultifamilyormulti-unitresidentialhousing.


• MustbelocaltoSantaBarbaraorthesurroundingarea.


• Provenabilitytooverseemultipleoperationalprioritieswithinaresidentialpropertymanagementenvironment.


• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, property owners, vendors, and internal teams.


• Strongorganizationalskills,attentiontodetail,andconsistentfollow-through.


• Abilitytothinkquickly,troubleshootproblemsindependently,andremaincomposedunderpressure.

Compensation&Benefits

• CompetitiveHourlyPay: $37–$44/hour,basedonexperience.
