About The Role

As a CBRE Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or small portfolio of properties.

This job is part of the Property Management function, overseeing building operations on behalf of clients.

This position is remote in the Salt Lake City Utah area.

What You’ll Do

• Provide supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment.
• Manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and set deadlines.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
• Act as the primary contact with property owners, ensuring objectives are met and delivering reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets, forecast management plans, and prepare performance reports.
• Assist in creating emergency recovery programs.
• Prepare legal notices for approval.
• Review tenant rent and maintenance recovery charges for timeliness.
• Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Apply discipline knowledge to achieve team and departmental goals.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; experience and education considered in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication skills for handling sensitive information and performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate and impact team performance.
• Excellent organizational skills with a curious mindset.
