Job summary

Real Property Management Richmond Metro is seeking an experienced Property Manager to specialize in Lease Renewals and Rent Collections, with a Virginia Real Estate license.

You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekend requirements, and you will partner with owners to optimize occupancy, delinquency, and budget metrics while delivering exceptional service.

Real Property Management Richmond Metro | $60,000-$70,000 + benefits | Monday to Friday, no weekends

• You pay attention to the metrics. Occupancy, delinquency, budget variance: you know your numbers and you move them.

What your week actually looks like:

You're the trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact for your owners and residents on the subject of Lease Renewals and Rent Collections. You'll set rent strategy with owners, keep residents happy and informed, keep records clean, and own the KPIs that define your role: occupancy, rent delinquency and budget variance. Our focus is relationships, not "tenants and toilets."
