Job summary

Kidder Mathews is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned portfolio and supervise portfolio staff in line with the owners' goals and the mission of Kidder Mathews Asset Services Division.

The role emphasizes tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, and lease activity, with a focus on delivering high-quality property management services and client value.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead by example.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, understand and abstract leases and contracts.
• Financial analysis skills and budgeting understanding.
• Professional communication etiquette and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise portfolio staff, onboarding and scheduling.
• Respond to tenant concerns and ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate inspections and maintenance with vendors and engineers.
• Review budgets, contracts, and monthly financials.
• Support lease renewals and negotiations, and maintain client relations.
• Promote proactive problem solving and value creation for clients.
