Job summary

Bader is seeking a Property Manager for Peregrine Apartments in the Minneapolis area. The role oversees operations, leasing, maintenance and budgeting to drive occupancy and profitability.

This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers competitive compensation ($75-80k), a strong benefits package, and opportunities to lead a collaborative team while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years: Section 42 experience.
• 2 years: Section 8 experience.
• 5 years: Property Manager experience.
• High School diploma or better.

Responsibilities

• Understand, manage and oversee operations including maintenance and capital improvements.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance and management.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Comply with Fair Housing rules.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development.

Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday - Friday
• 9:00a-5:00p

Compensation: $75-80k

Responsibilities:

• Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation and profitability.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property’s marketplace through involvement in trade organizations, property management associations and networking opportunities with vendor outreach and peer groups.
• Support the company’s philosophy, goals and adhere to policies.
• Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in all departments operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
• Anything else that the Regional Asset Manager feels may fall into the Property Manager’s job description.
• Section 8 & Section 42 experience needed.
