Who You Are

You are an experienced Community Manager with at least one (1) year of property management experience, passionate about customer service, and ready to serve our residents. You will be responsible for the operational performance of your assigned property, supported by an area-based admin and maintenance team. Your goal is to deliver excellent operations, financial results, and a positive living environment that enhances the community’s reputation and aligns with Fairfield Homes’ standards.

  • Develop innovative solutions and best practices
