Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3-5 years of residential property experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office, financial reporting and executive level communication skills.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management oversight for Bloom Monona Apartments, maximizing NOI and asset value.
• Oversee property operations, maintenance and client/resident relations; support leasing, marketing, and budgeting.
• Manage accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
