Salary/Hourly Rate: $120k - $140K plus Bonus

Position Overview: The Property Manager / Luxury leads the operations and profitability of Class A Residential/Multifamily Apartments. Responsibilities include managing leasing, maintenance, and concierge teams. The role involves creating budgets & financials and processing month-end reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, coach, develop, and manage a customer service-oriented team.
  • Evaluate market conditions and trends and share insights with the team.
  • Conduct property showings, review leases, and schedule resident move-ins.
  • Create and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Design and follow cost control and revenue improvement programs.
  • Develop annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Oversee rent collections.
  • Manage resident retention through top-level customer service.
  • Ensure work orders are responded to promptly.
  • Perform apartment inspections.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Experience with Class A Residential/Multifamily Apartments.
  • Management of leasing and maintenance teams.
  • Participation in financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • High level of professionalism and poise.

Education: College degree preferred.
